I’m Janae Barrett, a grade thirteen student at a prominent all girls' high school in Kingston, Jamaica. I am extremely passionate about Science, Mathematics, French and Spanish, and my dream is to one day become a cardiologist. In grades 4-6, I found these subjects extremely difficult, and it was not until I embarked on my CSEC journey when my passion developed, thanks to my amazing teachers who were always enthusiastic about their subjects. With this in mind, I started STEM From The Heart to help students of all ages overcome that initial hurdle of understanding, and hopefully become as passionate as I am.
